Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Online Vape Shop. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that we do not accept returns on e-liquids, disposable alternatives, or any item that has been opened.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@onlinevapeshop.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements.
